However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to:

• Installation requirements.

Autofunk™ is not responsible, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for damage caused by:

• Incorrect installation.

• Improper mounting.

• Incorrect electrical connection.

• Installation on an incompatible vehicle.

• Unauthorized modification.

• Cutting, drilling, painting, or altering the product.

• Misuse.

• Improper handling.

• Failure to follow instructions.

• Accidents or external damage occurring after delivery.

Where professional installation is recommended, customers should use a qualified professional.

Customers should inspect products before installation or use.

Once a product has been installed, mounted, modified, cut, drilled, wired, painted, permanently attached, or otherwise altered, it may no longer qualify for voluntary return under our Refund, Return & Limited Warranty Policy, unless required by applicable law.

6. Orders

An order is not fully accepted until payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed.

10. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking information shows that a package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first:

Autofunk™ may investigate the case and request additional verification before determining the appropriate resolution.

11. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Limited Warranty

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, defective product claims, and our 30-Day Limited Return Guarantee are governed by our Refund, Return & Limited Warranty Policy.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that voluntary returns and refunds are subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

Products generally must remain:

• Undamaged.

12. Order Cancellations
